As a design professional, my goal is always to ensure beautiful design at scale and cater my work to the growth, size and markets that products are developed for. Nothing exists in a vaccuum, so it's important to consider external factors to create the best business outcomes.

Outside of projects, empowering others is very important to me. I'm passionate about creating team cultures that allow designers to surpass expectations and feel vulnerable in sharing new approaches to their work.
